I have always been the annoying, creative type. The one that sees something and genuinely believes I can do it myself - which, to be fair, has helped me a lot more than hindered me. Whether it's making my own clothes or putting paint to canvas, creating, making and DIY-ing is just who i am.
 
Since obtaining a Bachelor of Design from the Whitehouse Institute, I've always tried to work in as creative of a job as possible and boy, have i seen things! I've done everything from producing corporate marketing campaigns to watching stunt drivers flip cars on tv sets. While i've enjoyed every moment of my professional journey, I've yet to find something that feeds my creative hunger and allows me to freely and wholly express myself. So, I thought it was time to give this a crack.

Growing up in a house that couldn't include discretionary expenses in our weekly shop, something like art was never on the cards.

 

When i started STUDIO LEIGH, i wanted to create art that could not only be enjoyed by many, but is also accessible to many, and empowers people to bring new life into their most sacred space.
