What is a commission?

A commission piece is an artwork tailored completely to the buyer. Rather than you choosing from an existing artwork in my collection, I will work with you to create something that is exactly what you are looking for. ​

Commission pieces are often best suited to:

  • A specific space to fill or style, whether that be an awkward wall, your office space or something personalised to your  business's style.

  • To commemorate a special occasion or someone that means a lot to you.

  • Someone who is particular about the style of art they are looking for

  • A special gift for a friend, partner, family member or yourself!

How does it work?

1. Fill in the form below, providing as much detail about your desired piece or the person receiving it as you can.​

2. I will contact you to confirm your artwork with a draft mockup, timeframe for delivery and final cost.​

3. I will send you an invoice, with a 30% deposit required upfront. 

4. I will provide a progress shot when it's close to finished and if possible, make any adjustments.​

5. Sit back and wait eagerly for your special piece to arrive!

What if i hate it?

I know for some, this process may seem scary. You're effectively paying for something before you know what it really looks like! Ensuring you are in love with your final piece is my no. 1 priority.

 

If we get to the final progress shot stage and you change your mind, i will simply refund your deposit and i will retain the piece to circulate back into my public sales.

To ensure no one is left out of pocket for additional shipping and insurance costs, refund requests are only accepted before the artwork is shipped to you.

If at any stage you have concerns about the piece or you would like to discuss the final design, you can email me at any time. I want you to love your art as much as i enjoy making it for you!

Pre-stretched refers to the canvas being stapled onto a wooden frame. If you select no, the final artwork will be delivered rolled in a poster tube.
